Hello Everyone, My name is Sravan chandana, I have joined ACTE to learn oracle DBA course two months back. Till the time you paid money in there institute they are very sweet and welcoming . Once you point out any issues then you will get to know the... Read More real face of the staff working here. No one is really helpful. After my training started i have been asking them for recorded videos which is part of their course but after 20 days they gave videos and that to not all the recorded videos. If you ask them why you guys are not sharing then they will say that as if they are recording videos and sharing it to you only since you have asked but actually it is not part of the course. They also have multiple teams who you an escalate like support and quality team but they are just useless, there is a person called vikram who is responsible for arranging a meet with instructor and he is responsible for sharing videos. He is very rude and he will not even listen to what you are speaking. Right now they have abruptly stopped my course sine i have been asking them for recorded videos after initially sharing only few videos. Literally waste of my money. Please dont join this institute, i am writing this review only to make sure you shouldnt be in a position of where i am. Regards Sravan chandana
