This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) sets out the information collection and processing practices of Reach Network, Inc. DBA Optimal, (“Reach”, “Optimal”, “we”, and/or “us”) at its websites and their respective subdomains, as well as such other platforms and services as we may make available from time to time which link to or otherwise incorporate this Privacy Policy by reference, including the site on which this Privacy Policy is posted (the “Site” and collectively, the “Services”).
At Reach Network, we take online privacy seriously and we respect the concerns of our community of users. This Privacy Policy, together with our Terms of Service, outlines the categories of information that we may gather about visitors who use the Site and/or services (“you” or “your”), as well as how we may use such information, to help you in making informed decisions about how your information is used or shared when you visit or use the Site. Sections below describe the choices available to you regarding the use of, your access to, and how to update and correct your personal information. All defined terms used herein that are not otherwise defined shall have the meanings provided in our Terms of Service.

Modifications to the Privacy Policy

What Information is Collected About Visitors?
The information that is collected about you while you are using the Site falls into two categories:
1. Information You Provide to Us.
The Site may collect and store information, personal or otherwise, that you voluntarily supply while on the Site and/or use the Service. Specifically, but not exclusively, we collect personal information such as your name, address, phone number, email address, and other information relevant to particular products or services that you choose to enter into one of the Service's forms. 2. Log Files.
As is true of most web sites, we gather certain information automatically and store it in log files. This information may include Internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and/or clickstream data.
We may combine this automatically collected log information with other information we collect about you. We do this to improve services we offer you, as well as to improve analytics and site functionality.
3. Merging of Information.
Information collected through the Site may be merged with information collected from other sources, including offline sources such as modifications requested via phone or email in order to modify contact information. Similarly, information collected through the Site may be stored with information collected from other sources, including offline sources.
With Whom Will Your Information Be Shared?
We may share information about you with other people or unaffiliated companies or for various purposes including, without limitation, the parties and purposes described below. Except as stated in this Privacy Policy, we do not sell your personal information to third parties.
- Products or Service Requests: If you submit a request for information about a product or service on the Site, we will share information about you contained in the request form with third parties regarding whose products or services you seek information. Alternatively, we may directly fulfill your request for the information you seek. We reserve the right to disclose your personal information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on our Site.
You may opt-out of the above information sharing as set forth below (see "Opt-Out Policy" below).
In addition to the information that you provide to us or that we obtain about you, we may supplement the personal data that we collect about you with other information that we receive other online or offline sources.
Information Retention and Access
All personal information that we collect about you will be processed in accordance with this Privacy Policy and our internal retention guidelines. We will retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose(s) for which it was collected, such as to enable or improve your use of the Site and to allow us to provide services to you. Opt-Out Policy
We respect your privacy and your ability to choose whether to share or not share information with the Site or any third party. You may "opt-out" of having us share your personal information in several ways.

Upon request and following confirmation of your identity, we will confirm whether we hold or are processing your information.
You also have the right to amend or update inaccurate or incomplete personal information, request deletion of your personal information, or request that we no longer use it. If you wish to modify your personal information on your profile on the Site, you may correct, update, amend, delete/deactivate it by sending an email with your name, submission details, and the notice "Profile Update" through our contact form.
If you opt out of our communications, we will not contact you once we have processed your opt-out request, except as otherwise provided in this Privacy Policy. Note, however, that this Privacy Policy only governs our actions; if we shared your information with third parties prior to the processing of your opt-out request, such third parties may continue to contact you. If you receive email correspondence from third parties, you should contact such third parties directly. Security of Personal Information
We have implemented commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration or disclosure. However, we cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will never be able to defeat those measures or use your personal information for improper purposes. Children's Privacy Policy
This children's policy explains the Site's practices with respect to the online collection and use of personal information from children under the age of thirteen, and provides important information regarding your rights under federal law with respect to such information.
This Service is not directed to children under the age of eighteen and we do NOT knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of eighteen as part of the Service. If we become aware that we have inadvertently received personal information from a user under the age of eighteen as part of the Service, we will delete such information from our records.
Because we do not collect any personal information from children under the age of eighteen as part of the Service, we also do NOT knowingly distribute such information to third parties. We do NOT knowingly allow children under the age of eighteen to publicly post or otherwise distribute personal contact information through the Service.
Because we do not collect any personal information from children under the age of eighteen as part of the Service, we do NOT condition the participation in the Service's online activities of a child under eighteen on providing personal information.
Links to 3rd Party Sites
Our Site includes links to other Web sites whose privacy practices may differ from those of Reach Network Inc. If you submit personal information to any of those sites, your information is governed by their privacy policies. We encourage you to carefully read the privacy policy of any Web site you visit.
Forums Disclosure
If you use any interactive functions on this Site, you should be aware that any personal information you submit there can be read, collected, or used by other users of these forums, and could be used to send you unsolicited messages. To request removal of your personal information from our blog or community forum, contact us via the information at the end of this Privacy Policy. In some cases, we may not be able to remove your personal information, in which case we will let you know if we are unable to do so and why.
User Reviews
We offer you the opportunity to post customer reviews on our Site which may contain personal information. If you wish to request the removal of your review from the site you may contact us at the information at the end of this Privacy Policy.
Social Media Widgets
Our Site includes Social Media Features, such as the Facebook Like button and Widgets, such as the Share this button or interactive mini-programs that run on our Site. These Features may collect your IP address, which page you are visiting on our Site, and may set a cookie to enable the Feature to function properly. Social Media Features and Widgets are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly on our Site. Your interactions with these Features are governed by the privacy policy of the company providing it.
Single Sign-On
You can log in to our Site using sign-in services such as Facebook Connect or an Open ID provider. These services will authenticate your identity and provide you the option to share certain personal information with us such as your name and email address to pre-populate our sign-up form. Services like Facebook Connect give you the option to post information about your activities on this Site to your profile page to share with others within your network.
Tracking Technologies
Technologies such as cookies and similar technologies are used by Reach Network, Inc. and our marketing partners, affiliates, or analytics or service providers (e.g. user interaction and marketing analytics). These technologies are used in analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users’ movements around the site and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole. We may receive reports based on the use of these technologies by these companies on an individual as well as aggregated basis. We use cookies on the Site for to remember users’ settings (e.g. language preferences) or for authentication. Both first-party cookies and third-party cookies are used for this purpose.
Users can control the use of cookies at the individual browser level. If you reject cookies, you may still use our Site, but your ability to use some features or areas of our Site may be limited.
Opt-Out Preference Signals
We recognize and honor the following opt-out preference signals: “Do Not Track” and Global Privacy Control. To learn more about how to implement opt-out preference signals and/or Global Privacy Control, you should consult your browser’s privacy settings or visit the Global Privacy Control website.
Note that our acknowledgment of opt-out preference signals is based on browser settings, not your device. Behavioral targeting/Re-targeting
We have partnered with Google Analytics, and may partner with other third parties, to either display advertising on our Site or to manage our advertising on other sites. Our third-party partners may use technologies such as cookies or similar technologies to gather information about your activities on this Site and other sites in order to provide advertising to you based on your browsing activities and interests.
The advertising features currently used on our Site are as follows:

- Google Display Network Impression Reporting
- Google Analytics Demographics and Interest Reporting
- Other integrated services that require Google Analytics to collect data for advertising purposes, including the collection of data via advertising cookies and identifiers
If you wish to opt out of the Google Analytics Advertising Features that we use while using the Site on your web browser, you may do so by using Google Analytics’s opt-out functions, which are available here. You may also be able to opt out of Google Analytics by selecting certain options in your Ads Settings or by using certain third-party applications and programs for indicating consumer consent.
Please note opting out of behavioral targeting and re-targeting does not opt you out of being served with advertisements on our Site. You will continue to receive generic ads.
