I am incredibly impressed with the JavaScript Developer (from scratch) course. The course covered an extremely wide range of knowledge. Because of that it required a huge amount of work - people taking the course should be aware of that. 12 hours a day... Read More + time on weekends (preferably the same amount) is the price you have to pay for the opportunity to acquire so much knowledge. There is also a very high availability of teachers and their willingness to support. For me, as an extremely important part, I have to emphasize Coders Lab's support in finding my way in the job market - the prompts (which appear throughout the course - you can see that making it possible to find a job is the goal of the course), the Portfolio Lab project at the end. It all makes me feel the real value of this course.

I attened the intense course Java Developer Web at coder lab school. It was very demanding, a lot of new things in a short period of time, but thanks to the very positive attitude of tutors, who where always patient and eager to explain everything (sometimes... Read More even more than twice), it was possible to absord this big amount of knowledge. Next thing which I liked in coders lab course, were the weekly exams which kept me motivated to learn and give me the opportunity to check my skills and deal with code on my own in more stresfull situation. Exams where real deal, some guys didn't pass them and they where out - It realised me that it is not that kind of course where you pay and get the diploma. They really teach you and verify that.

I appreciate the course itself because of the few elements. First of all, every two weeks (course in the weekend mode) I had a weekend just for myself and I could develop my passion, which in the case of small children at home was not so easy. Secondly,... Read More it's great that the course is focus on practice. There is a presentation and then most of the time it's tasks and exercises. There are no unnecessary things in the course program, so called "stuffers". The course is conducted by practitioners (at universities it's not always like that). Sometimes it was nice to see it when I was struggling with a problem, I asked for help from a lecturer and received a response that was logical and simple, but I couldn't think this way and couldn't see the solution yet. A lot of homework added mobilization and made it necessary to save some time at home, which was the biggest challenge for me.

I graduate the Coders Lab Intensive Backend Dev Bootcamp and I really appreciate it
so I can honestly recommend them.

But, what I enjoy most from them is that.... I can still contact my group mentor
(Mr. Jacek Tchórzewski) in order to ask him questions about e.g. coding standards,
or how to improve my code and he still answers me (I graduated approx 2 years ago).

And this is why I think that this Bootcamp is worth its price :)
