That was a big game changer. After that, whatever interviews I gave, i excelled very well and cracked really good job which was beyond my imagination some time back.
Platform has all the content well structured and organized. You can also connect with make friends with other peers and form your own practise group if needed. The only struggle I found is, with full time job keeping pace was really challening. If you can comimt to a few hours a week, this platform will give the much needed boost in your career for sure.
Course content is available even after course completion and network of amazing people over slack is also available. Other that that you can access other master class recording and watch at your conveninece. Its not just a small bootcamp of few months, but a long lifetime connection with like minded people. A great community to learn and grow together.
Regarding job support, they do have a dedicated career page with all openings. Personally i could not benefit much.But, after completing modules you can apply for youself. Also most companies that come offer pretty good offers, you just need to put in required efforts. I would also suggest keep trying outside and not completely rely on scaler, and also reach out to others in scaler community for referrals. Scaler does give support, but also leverage other mediums to land good job sooner. Overall a good community to be part of.

We often feel confused while going for a big career-making decision in our life. Read More just the inner fear that pulls us back. But in my opinion, success is driven by making a clear choice and abiding it till the last milestone. That is what my scaler journey is all about. I am a mechanical engineer who worked in a construction industry for 11 years, and then transitioned my way into the IT industry. After doing all the research on how this programme would cater to my needs, I made the decision to join Scaler - thanks to the marketing team that connected me with the right channels to ensure that each and every doubt in my mind was answered! But the more important part is that I worshiped my decision religiously, with no compromises and drove it till the finish line. Needless to say, it was not easy. Many a times, I felt overwhelmed with all the new things coming up. 11 years of my career in a different industry had thrown me in a comfortable zone that was very difficult to resist. But with the right support from my family/friends; a brilliantly structured curriculum that ensured mastery in thay particular topic; mentors who just won our hearts away with their knowledge and teaching skills; and most importantly an approached that never compromised to remain disciplined and consistent, I was able to sustain the battle. Last but not the least, no matter how much effort you give, the chances of conversion are very feeble if the right placement channels are not in place. I must say that the placement cell provided me with a remarkable support until I got a breakthrough.
There's a lot to talk, but in short, I would say that live up to the choices you make, and the hard work always pays off!!

Joined Scaler to learn DSA as I am not from Computer Engg background. They have the best instructors from Google, Amazon and other top product companies. I got a lot of help from my mentor regarding interview preparation and side projects.

Having been active on the InterviewBit platform and following Abhimanyu Saxena (one of the co-founders) for a while, I got to know about the Scaler Academy programme when it was first introduced.

My inclination towards joining happened after I came across a story of one of my college juniors who had started working at Google post Scaler. I asked him about the course curriculum and details, and after hearing good things, I decided to give it a go as well.

I joined the Jan 2021 batch, and within 3 months of some of the finest learning and guidance, I have managed to bag some great job opportunities. When I had confusion about the fees structure, someone from the team quickly guided me and I also managed to get the scholarship that they have on offer.

About the last three months, I can say that I have improved a lot. I now approach problems very differently. They taught me that even the most difficult-seeming problems can be solved using simple approaches and we don’t always need complex Data Structures. Previously, I was learning a little about various things but after the right guidance, I am more focused on what is more important. The structured path has been super helpful.

My mentor and I connect every two weeks for mock interviews and he guides me through the resume building and things that I should focus on. Overall, the experience with the teachers and everyone else at Scaler Academy has been amazing.
