Read More leadership through teamwork with frameworks. It is one of the best and easiest paths to mastering Agile & Scrum and apply it to your everyday life. It is taught by 3 extremely experienced and articulate and seasoned managers. Larry is a master communicator and Agile coach, assisted by Jim and Edward. Larry has multiple books to his names, but often references the materials from the best business books on the topic. Every class starts with people thanking Ed's Wednesday meetings and how that benefited their resume. And Jim's Friday classes go through case studies as well as certification questions. It is worth emphasizing again, this is more than an agile and scrum course.
