I finished up the TrueCoders bootcamp a couple weeks ago and I can honestly say it was one of the best decisions I have made in my career. TrueCoders is a down-to-earth bootcamp that loves their students. They guide students through the C# .NET stack... Read More in a way that hits the essentials and gives you opportunity to dive deeper through additional resources. Through this bootcamp, the thing that stood out most to me was just how helpful and strong the community is. They offer unlimited 1 on 1s with instructors and career services. If anyone is falling behind, they are able to get the extra help they need and will not fail the course as long as they are willing to keep trying. For students who are ahead, there are additional opportunities to push yourself through building side projects or talking with alumni who are still a part of the community even after they have landed a job. I would strongly recommend TrueCoders to anyone who is wanting a fast, affordable bootcamp with a wonderful community and unlimited resources.

Read More given during the career development portion of the course are very insightful and helpful, properly preparing me to step into the information technology field confidently. I also love the sense of community even after graduation, knowing that there is a group that I can bounce ideas off of and receive assistance, if needed, is definitely reassuring.

Read More pretty much focused on the react section. Although it was fully explained in class, as a dyslexic, I had trouble keeping track of all the pieces. I could have benefited from a more visual type of instruction. I did eventually get it however.

These guys are unlike any other bootcamp and I get the feeling that they really care about you getting a job in the industry, hence the reason why they're affordable. Great Bootcamp for beginners and intermediate developers. You will work on projects independently and with classmates. Main focus is on C# and then SQL. Less focus on HTML,CSS, and Javascript. C# can be overwhelming for beginners so I'd recommend doing... Read More some studying before on W3schools or a similar site before class starts. I had a great instructor (Michael Doyle) and you have unlimited help with 1on1 zoom calls if you are struggling or need help with anything. The job placement side is pretty good especially if you have no prior experience or knowledge in interviewing, applying, etc. Resources for interview practice is also nice. You will have the tools to practice what questions to answers on an interview. I'd also recommend taking a couple web dev, C#, ethical hacking/ cyber security, and SQL course along with this bootcamp (After this class would be ideal). Just because you will be spending most of your day working on True Coders material. This goes for the Software Engineering curriculum. While attending they added the Web Dev course. I did a lot of research on bootcamps and different choices and ultimately chose truecoders for their amazing price value, the fact that they had the job placement aspect, and that it is live class each day. Honestly this class would have been so amazing... Read More to take in person but due to covid that wasn't possible much like everything else these days. However with working with what they've got and their preparation to be 100% online I had an overall great experience. If you get Michael as an instructor you're golden. Utilize the 1 on 1's. I will say however that the job placement aspect is much like others i've taken and so I had a good understanding of how to achieve this before and I didnt get too much more from this but was good to touch up.

This is probably one of the best courses out there to help you learn a skill and get work. The full time course is 9 weeks with an instructor who is always there to help out. You get a super nice counselor who helps in so many way from interview skills... Read More and getting your resume nice and shiny.
