I was especially looking for a course that I could do beside my full-time job. The UI Course provided video lessons, that you can easily do in your own space - so you can decide if you want to do a lot on a weekend or step-by-step. What I especially liked,... Read More was the support from the UI team and ongoing feedback sessions where you could submit your work and get feedback from experts.

I completed UXDI's UX Course and it was great. Was argubly worth the money and time and it was fun whilst being a challenge. With UXDI's UI Design Course I feel that maybe the price doesn't justify the outcome.

To sum up the experience up (Cons):
- Too... Read More expensive for what you get.
- Content in which you learn, I feel can be easily found through free materials, such as Youtube.
- Features of the course, such as webinars, I feel are lacking in number. Only one is available for work feedback. I feel more can be added.
- The course videos themselves I feel don't fit the Module 'Title' and they are pretty short. (Reason to why you could just watch YT Videos)
- The work structure is unusual. You complete 10 'Tasks' and only submit 3 after everything is done. For me, this was just a weird layout.

To sum up the experience up (Pros):
- You recieve all-time access to their UI slack channel.
- Knowledge and skills are definitley gained, but only if your new to the UI field, I believe.
- Great pieces of social media and portfolio content can be created.
- Able to connect with others on the course, learn and grow your network.

As a whole, unfortunatley I'd say that completing their UI course is...not worth it. At least for the money. I feel it would 100% be better if it was cheaper but at the price of £1,625, I'd say you're better of completing their UX course (Which is worth it) and using free resources like Youtube for the UI side of things. I hate saying that it isn't worth the money, as it took me ALOT to be able to afford it, but that's reality.

Despite that, thank you UXDI for the potential portfolio piece and the support whilst completing the course!

Found this course to be really useful, I came away with it feeling that I’ve learned a lot and feeling accomplished, the teaching has been great with bite size videos that guide you through the modules with a number of small assignments along the way... Read More that get you up to speed before the final assignment and exam. The student support team have been amazing they are very friendly and always on hand to help with any questions you might have.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience , from beginning to end. The course was structured very well and the layout on the plat form was packed with insights and tools to guide me throughout. My mentor was very encouraging and helpful through out and kept me always motivated to keep improving upon my existing ideas. I had time to really go through any difficulties I had and felt very supported.

I didn't expect the course to have so much depth. The guidance was very good. Questions were responded to very quickly, whether they were about the course content or other matters. I am very satisfied and am considering taking a course, workshop or training... Read More with them more often.

This is my first time joining an online paid course. An investment I was afraid of doing before, but now I'm glad that I get to do it. The videos are very clear, and if you join the weekly online assignment feedback, it is a great addition to the video... Read More course. I am very helped with the Slack community as well as the Career Service. Knowing that I gain lifetime access to the Slack community and the career service boosts my confidence in always learning and upgrading my skills. The downside, or my least favourite part of the learning experience, is actually the live assignment feedback. Spending 1.5 hours listening to criticism of other people's work, especially when I am already far ahead in the subject, seemed repetitious at times and like a waste of time. It would be better if the live assignment feedback was structured with a different theme. For example, one week is for reviewing students work up to X chapter, next week is solely focused on feedback on the moodboard, and the next week talks about useful tools for budding UI designers.

The Course is very enjoyable and can be completely done at your own pace or at the structured pace. I would advise staying to structured pace as it can be difficult to stay on track. The student success team are very helpful with any queries or problems.... Read More All the video lessons are easy to follow and instructive, my only comment would be to invest more time personally doing extra lesson on YouTube to get to know Figma a little bit better.

This is a great course to formalise prior UI design knowledge (though that's not a prerequisite for the course). It's well-structured with high-quality video content and super responsive online support. The regular online group reviews were very helpful... Read More for shaping project submissions. More content for exam prep (such as practice questions) would be useful, but that doesn't detract from the overall experience and quality.

The course material was very exaustive. All the important topics were covered. Good suggestions for exstra study materials like books and blogs. The exercises helpfull to practice the concepts.
