I was able to understand my wants in a career and become more confident in job searching.   Besides expanding my skillset, the course also gave me a different perspective on the ideation process and solution making. After learning about design thinking, it became a useful skill that can be transferred to my journalism major.   Overall, the course is consistent and adaptable. No matter what background you are, if you wish to build a solid foundation in UX/UI design, I would definitely recommend you to take this course!

This five-week course is an incredible experience. Two instructors Koman and Michael put lots of effort to teach us the foundation of experience design and the skill of storytelling. Although the pace of the course was fast, Koman and Michael will try their best to answer our questions and help us to make our project better. In the last lessons of the course, three guests who worked on those project themes are invited to listen to our presentation and give feedback to us. Their comments help us to know what can be done better and if our idea will work in the real world. Overall, it is a great experience!

Despite being an online course, it offers sufficient support for us to collaborate and engage with students from different backgrounds. Throughout the process, learning facilitators gave a lot of encouragement and suggestions that helped us grow and understand better. Under their guidance, we completed a portfolio-worthy project by the end of the course. Furthermore, having a chance to present our work in front of famous project leaders helps us gain actual experience and feedback. Overall, it was a fruitful journey and it was a pleasure to learn with them.

Although we could not meet our classmates on a face-to-face basis, the instructors tried their best to make the class engaging by using different software and by conducting different class activities... This course doesn’t only focus on UI/UX knowledge but it also covers storytelling and career coaching. In the last lesson, we are required to make a presentation regarding the project we are working on in the whole course, guests from different professionals also came to give us useful feedback.
