I would not recommend this program; the instructor's English is very hard to understand and when the instructor writes something it is not readable. The teacher is very experienced subject matter expert, I could notice that in the way he explained the contents.
The possibility to go through the videos of the class is a big plus to the course.
One thing that was not so good is that sometimes there were cuts in zoom meeting where was refreshing suddenly (I believe due to network issues) but this could be overcome by watching the videos of the class to catch up missed information.

Attended weekend session 4 classes for ITIL v4 foundation having trainer Mr. Anoop who helped me in understanding principles and concept with the examples.
