It was a good point to get started for the course and was part of PMP Training NOV 2024 batch 6. The overall course was good and Prof. Kevin Reily imparted it well. The classes were quite engaging.

The pros: TOGAF provides some high level concepts and governance processes to manage change in enterprise Architecture that can really help to structure IT and SW development visions, help align the business and plan for effective change

Read More the content to be contradicting at times, also it isn't very practical either not providing artefacts (Templates and detailed guidelines) for an actual implementation, or not reflecting on real world scenarios and considerations. Its two focused on big organizations with unlimited resources for planning, which is far from reality.
