Here begins my pega journey, i heard of pega certification and relevant job career through talentsprint uap programme. TalentSprints uap programme was very successful and seniors were happy with their placements.
I wasn't much into coding, so pega was a rewarding alternative for me. There by i wrote the entrance got qualified and enrolled into course. The curriculum of pega and trainers were best and their expertise in pega platform was exceptional.
The training went well cleared the first certification CSA and got placed in Capgemini. Getting placed by 4.1 of college and before many of peers was so relaxing and stress free.
Later completed the 2nd CSSA certification in 4.1. Started my career as a software engineer in Capgemini. There in Capgemini as a pega developer learned what we do in a real time vast application and improved my skills.
After working 2.5 years in Capgemini, shifted to Carelon global solutions. It's been an year since I started working here. This is another great company with great work culture and employee centric benefits.
In my regard pega is a gift to my career and life. I'm in a great job with competent salary and right progressive career.

During my third year of BTech, the term "Pega" was entirely new to me. It was a moment of discovery, a spark of curiosity that led me to join the UAP Program. This decision turned out to be a pivotal moment in my journey. Talent Sprint’s dedication to training students on Pega tools equipped us with the skills and confidence to excel in interviews and beyond. This is not just another course—it's a launchpad for your career.
 
Our selection into the Pega UAP program was highly competitive. Initially, 120 of us were selected, but due to overwhelming demand, the program expanded to 200 students. We were then divided into two batches to ensure each of us received personal attention and could fully engage with our mentors.
 
Let me tell you, the rapport with the mentors was extraordinary. They created an environment where learning was not just effective but also enjoyable. The classes went beyond the usual academic routine. We had detailed explanations followed by hands-on implementation, making every concept clear and memorable. The unique teaching methods they used ensured that we understood the material deeply and could retain it for the long term. We were so excited about these sessions that sometimes we’d even skip our regular classes just to spend more time working with mentors.
 
The program was meticulously planned, with a structured schedule and regular tests to monitor our progress. One of the standout features was how the mentors made every session interactive and engaging.  They often asked questions based on what we’d covered in previous sessions, which kept us on our toes and gave us a sneak peek into the kinds of questions we might face in interviews. When we encountered these familiar questions during real interviews, it was clear how well this approach had prepared us. It was like having a head start, and we felt confident and ready for whatever came our way.
 
We were fully immersed in a professional environment that prepared us for the real world. Our mentors carefully evaluated our understanding, communication skills, and presentation abilities throughout the program. We also had the opportunity to enhance our presentation skills by teaching topics ourselves during a Bootcamp. The program concluded with a final project where we built and presented an application, allowing us to demonstrate our skills and readiness for the industry.
 
Joining this program was one of the best decisions I’ve made. It not only provided me with the technical skills needed for my job but also instilled a confidence that has propelled my career forward. One fortune day, I attended the Pega UAP induction program. When I am attending that event, I am not aware that it is going to be a life changing day for my career path.

At that time I was very serious about joining Pega UAP. but before joining the UAP, I should crack the assessment test.
I immediately started preparing for the assessment test. I didn't care about my academics. During that time, my only focus was cracking the assessment. 

Finally, the day came. I gave the test very confidently and cleared it.

It is one of the biggest achievements in my life.

After getting the results in less time, I contacted my parents and paid my fee very early to grab my seat.

I joined the UAP program. In a short time, I got enough confidence that I had taken one of the right and important decisions of my life.

I blindly followed the instructions of my trainers and successfully cleared CSA certification.

After CSA completion, in a short time, the companies started visiting my campus for placements.

Finally the day arrived, for which me and my parents dreamt for so many days. That is, I got placed for TCS. Which is one of my dream companies.

Thanks to my training, I quickly understood complex Pega stuff and adapted well to work. At Pegasystems, I kept learning new things through workshops and certifications. This training not only made me good at Pega but also taught me to keep learning. I did great at work and got recognized for my skills and hard work.

The training I got in college helped me kick-start my career at Pegasystems, where I continued to learn and succeed.

During my second year of BTech, I heard our college was conducting an assessment for the Pega UAP program. At that time, I was not aware of what exactly this is all about. When I asked my seniors, they all encouraged me to join, assuring me it would lead... Read More to a job. I took the test, but didn’t make it, leading me to believe it was not for me.
A day or two later, some of us received an email inviting us to retake the test, as our scores were close to the cutoff. This time, I succeeded.
Then I was in the real dilemma, should I join this or not? Because joining Pega means concentrating on a single tool, and I enjoyed coding in general. After careful consideration, I took the step and I am now happy with my choice.
The training offered me all the theoretical and practical knowledge which helped me to complete certifications with ease. Trainers were excellent and easily approachable.
We had campus placements after our first certification. An advantage was that companies specifically recruited Pega developers, limiting the competition.
I received two offers and chose a startup that was 100% Pega focused, after consulting with trainers and seniors. This was another best decision I took.
Now, I see a significant difference between employees trained through TalentSprint UAP and others. They possess strong theoretical and practical knowledge. While not everyone who undergoes UAP training will excel. But you will receive necessary training and resources for success. At the end of the day, it will be our interest, hard work and dedication that determines the success.
There’s always a separate market for Pega developers. I know professionals who have worked with Pega for over a decade. If you are uncertain like I was, I would recommend enrolling. If you do it right, you won’t regret it.

It was back in 2019, days of my third year of Engineering, and TalentSprint came up in collaboration with Pega Systems for the UAP Program. Also had a discussion with my Uncle who is into IT Consulting and Recruitment since 2005, without hesitation straight away insisted me to go for it.

Selection Process came in through cocubes test, and that got me into UAP. The UAP Program doesn't only teach you about Pega Certifications its also all about Interview Preparation, Communication skills, Problem Solving, keeping the pace up with the latest industry standards and what not, this is what sets you apart from the UAP Students and others.

Pega UAP trainers were on point for both explanation and hands-on by comparing it with real time scenarios helped us the most. Done with CSA and CSSA Certifications, Use Cases, Bootcamp, Project Implementations, and we were Interview Ready. Then Companies came in, just expose your skills in the best way possible and chances for you to get selected is higher and quicker when compared to other inmates and non UAP Students.

Still, I often talk to people that, choosing Pega UAP is one of the best decisions in my life. Just Imagine having good theoretical & practical knowledge, also having Certifications under your name and knowing How Development Teams work before stepping into Company. That sets you way much more ahead than your peers or team mates.
