And at the first lesson they offered a discount for women. For this reason I did not sign the contract and immediately wrote an e-mail. I did not receive a reply to the email. My language level is not very good and I thought maybe I should take a Russian course. The manager told me to take English and promised that if I had any questions I could get a lecture in Russian. During the course I asked this question and was refused. And I translated all the lessons. It is possible to repeat the same course for free and I decided to go through again all in Russian. How do you think I felt when I found out that practice can be done in English, if the teaching is in Russian. And that the theory is in both English and Russian. Just what I needed. The Russian course was cheaper, you can draw your own conclusions, why I was not offered something I did not need and why there were so many wrong information at once. Even in spite of this, I decided to continue my studies and waited for the start of my second course. But nobody told me anything. Neither where nor when nor how this course would take place. I myself wrote to the support three times. I was told the date and time three times and the lessons never happened. Why such attitude to me? After such an attitude I asked for a refund for the course, which I did not start. The money was not returned. During the correspondence, they said some made-up information about me and kept sending me from one deportation office to another. They closed my tickets, were rude, did not answer me and did not refund my money. The attitude is just terrible. They answer all the time different reasons, in the beginning they wrote we can not return the money, because you have not signed a contract, and then they wrote: according to the signed contract all services have been rendered. This is a lot of money for me and I am asking for a refund for a course that I haven't even started taking or attended a single lesson. I am not asking for a full refund. I am only asking for the services that were not rendered. My money has not been refunded, questions are not answered. They just ignore me. I hope my review will help someone.

While they teach well, their return policy is ridiculous and they offer no after support. Save your money.
