Regarding the bootcamp itself, I personally found the live coding challenges quite nerve wracking as a newbie watching everyone finishing off and being the one who trailed behind each time. That aside everything is really well organised, the coding tutorials are superbly designed, the Discord channels very clearly segmented and professionally employed, the instructor has an impressive breadth and depth of knowledge and we thoroughly appreciated his fantastic sense of humor and calm no-pressure approach to teaching.

The first hour introduces a concept through traditional instruction, the second hour has each student get hands-on-keyboard working through a set of interacting coding exercises, and the remainder of the time reinforced the learning through a group exercise or advanced demonstration. Peppered throughout the 10 weeks were many guest speakers representing a variety of projects and related companies, and allowed the students to get an exposure of where and how our newly developed skills could be applied. Cody and Dan have designed a sophisticated curriculum of well structured and perfectly paced content of short lectures followed by games and exercises that take you from the theoretical underpinnings, right into the latest cutting edge applications of Solidity/dApps. Their custom built interactive learning environment is first class and perfect for the content. Dan is a tremendously talented teacher and was generous with his time, answering our questions practically 24/7 and often well outside the scope of the content. They were flexible with our schedules which meant if i missed the occasional class it was easy enough to catch up. ChainShot also have a very active community composed of alumni and current students and bring in a variety of awesome guest speakers from across the Ethereum, DeFi and NFT spectrum to discuss interesting projects. I cannot recommend this course more highly if you're looking for a deep and fast booster into this scene, whether you want to get a job in solidity at the end of it, or you're simply looking to expand your technical understanding of Ethereum.

Weekend work is normally small projects that really give the opportunity to test your skills and build out simple applications. The pace of the course is very manageable as well.
