My story started about 1 year ago when decided to change my career. I was looking around the market in Hungary, and I got info from my developer friends (working in big IT companies) about Green Fox: they all heard about this school, got excellent... Read More reviews, so finally I made the decision to start this bootcamp. In the beginning it was extremely hard for me to beleive that I would able to be a develeper, and deep dive into programming. At this point after 3 months, starting from level 0 (never ever wrote a line of a program before), I am able to write a webapp, and understand basic concepts in Java. However, it is extremely stressful at be beginning, the positive athmosphere was created by GF staff always let me get over the difficulties. The material provided was extremely well organized, moreover, they paid attention to improve our personal skills either (demos every week, team and personal couching are also provided, and included in the tuition fee). So sometimes it is not easy, but it worth the money!

If you choose to study at Green Fox, you will possibly face the best form of yourself. You will learn something (a whole lot actually) new every single day, while stepping over your boundaries again and again. And while doing this, you will most likely... Read More enjoy your days as well.

The course itself is well structured. It includes the fundamental knowledge of your chosen programming language, before jumping into more complex problem solving. So even if you start from absolutely 0 (like I did), you still have a high chance to finish the course successfully if you keep focused and work hard every day.

The only reason I put the word 'hopefully' into the title is that at the time this review is written, I'm still an attendant, so I don't know anything about my future employer. But I'll keep my hopes high for a nice job! By the way, Green Fox helps you with this stuff as well, so you won't be left alone even after you've succeeded. :)

The Green Fox Academy is one of my best time of my life. The course is not only opens the door to software development, but gets to know yourself much better. Everyday is dynamic and fun. The course has many trainings with psychologists, where you get to know yourself and others much better. Everyday the mood in the classes are great, inspiring to code and study. You push eachother to learn more, code more, and improve. If you come to the academy you are going to make a lot of new friends, and great experiences. At the end you are going to become a confident coder, who knows how to learn new technologies in a short time alone, and work in a developer environment.

I've graduated at GF a year and a half ago. Since then, I'm working as a software engineer and using C++ and Python during my daily work. I'm pretty sure that I'm one of the most thankful GF alumni member, because that's been a dream of mine for long... Read More years. The practical knowledge we picked up in 4 months was up to date and gosh, that was a lot. 2 years ago GF was a bit smaller. It was like a family, so I'm especailly thankful to Tojas, Aze, Aniko, Kata, Evelin, Petra and Barbi. They were the ones made us feel home in A66 for 4 months and showed us that learning can be fun and very active at the same time. Thank you Green Fox Academy.

My goal was to get a better understanding about coding. I was not sure in the beginning if I want to get a job in the industry or not but the guys at Green Fox were able to show me how creative and fun programming can be. Exhausting, but very positive... Read More experience, highly recommended!

To cut my story short, I ended up choosing Green Fox Academy as my "trainer" academy. The decision has been affected by things like :
- fair prices

- young but reliable history. What I mean here is few of my developer friends are working in the sector for numerous years now and all of them heared about GFA and said the companies they are working at hiring individuals from GFA as they are well prepaired. Their knowledge regarding the field they chose is reliable and their ability to learn and adept new concepts and enviroments are greater than others as they were focusing on this skill during the training.
- provide knowledge about HOW TO learn new features,instances etc.
- i can't write about the methods they use but i can tell you, it works
- the hiring process amazingly selective. The class i attended was so great i could not even believe. They choose people who really wants to learn and able to cooperate with others
- the enviroment with free coffee and cleaning service is convinient and tidy
- the school provides psychologists too so if there is any difficulty (they will be because of the intensity of the training) you can arrange an appointment and get advice.

This is just a brief summery, i don't want to make it discomposingly long.
