I decided to join the full stack bootcamp in September and I couldn't be happier with my decision. I went in with some basic programming skills and a lot of doubt and left with a solid foundation in modern web technologies and 2 job offers within 2 months after the bootcamp. The way CodeOp has supported me (and still continues to support me) has been amazing. There was genuine interest and attention to our well-being all throughout the bootcamp. The teachers are very knowledgeable, enthusiastic and patient. I always felt comfortable asking questions and making mistakes. And even though it was remote, there was constant communication and they managed to make us feel part of the community from a distance. The curriculum is very well thought out and constantly adapted to stay up to date with the latest technologies. It starts with the basics and if you already have some coding experience, the first week will be easy, but the pace picks up fast. What I really loved was their personal approach. If you want to be challenged, you can get more difficult assignments. If you're struggling with a certain topic, you'll get more 1 on 1 support. During the project phase, you can even request additional lectures based on your interests and needs for your personal projects. This really allows you to grow as much as you want. Furthermore, now that I had my first weeks as a paid developer, I can tell that CodeOp's curriculum prepares you well for the real world. Because working in a team is about more than just knowledge of JavaScript, the bootcamp experience also teaches you how to collaborate with other developers, read code that's not written by you, use documentation and navigate the tech industry. And CodeOp's support doesn't stop after the bootcamp: they connect you to their network, you keep access to the resources and you can always ask for advice. If you're doubting (like I did) whether it's really possible to change your career and become a developer after a bootcamp — it is. But it's not magic! It requires a lot of hard work, long days and focus. A bootcamp is just one step on your path to becoming a developer. You have to be prepared and continue learning afterwards. But if you give it your all, those 3 months can really be life-changing. And CodeOp will be there to support you every step of the way.

The projects, lectures and activities are all very well thought and the white boarding practice, coding challenges, and career week were all extremely useful. I loved how much I learn and how I have felt confident coding on my own and building stuff since the bootcamp ended, but most importantly I loved how great of a community CodeOp is. I always felt like I was in a safe space, fully supported by the staff and like each one of us mattered and was capable of doing great things.

The Bootcamp made the quarantine so much more engaging and kept me motivated. If you start with zero coding experience like I did, you might feel a bit lost at first, but everything starts making sense in the project phase when building web applications. Moreover, CodeOp offers comprehensive career guidance vis-à-vis the tech industry's hiring process, which helps to understand better what the job market looks like and what to expect in your technical interview. Read More super prepared, very knowledgeable, and brought a wealth of examples and resources from their own experiences working as product managers, which undoubtedly brought a richness and depth to the course, far more than I could have imagined when I signed up. I would recommend this course for not just people looking to transition into PM roles but also for Junior PMs, Associate PMs, Product Owners or just about anyone curious about what the PM role might look like.

I’ve studied full stack development at CodeOp. The course was very practical, after the first 5 weeks of theory, we had 5 weeks of projects, where except of the daily whiteboarding and 1:1 meeting with the instructor, we also had some flash lectures.... Read More There was a technical support channel on Slack to ask for further help with the projects, if needed. The last week was a career week with presentations on how to get in to the tech industry and practising for technical interviews. The instructors are really great, with a lot of patience and focus on teaching problem solving. I am happy that I took the course with CodeOp. Except of the high-quality course, it feels like belonging to a community and they provide all the support during and after the course.

I was always skeptical about bootcamps. The huge turn-off for me moreover, was online course.
Aside that, I have years of working experience in IT industry and knew that organising work from home is not so easy, specially when the team is not matured enough... Read More but I have to say, CodeOp proved me absolutely wrong.
I was impressed how fast the teachers could organize remote classes and how efficient they were.
It was an amazing experience. Although difficult sometimes (really difficult) but it changed my life.
Pros:
1) Teachers: teachers are very good and even the ones that are trainees/assistants. They give vivid explanations and are able to understand the mind of the student (hello Emefa!)
2) Schedule and class structure: I liked that we had schedule for lectures and exercises and could plan our day accordingly
3) Curriculum: logical daily challenges, data structures and algorithms, Vue… Easy stuff you learn in the pre-course, hard stuff you learn in class.
4) Support chat: if you are stuck on something you can get help here, even after the class, even on weekend, sometimes even at night! But of course it depends on people availability.
5) Career week: Real HRs come to help to write your CV, prepare for the interview and answer your questions. Imagine my surprise when I realised that with one of the HRs training us I had an interview 2 years ago! Plus career coaching, mocked interviews and presentations from different people (we had a very interesting presentation from Head of IT in Siemens Energy!)
6) During the projects phase you have an option to attend lectures of other groups on different topics if you wish
7) Location and office (if you go for offline bootcamp when we are out of quarantine)
Cons:
1) I wish flesh lectures schedule was pre-planned or we had a list of the available ones (although they list of the lectures is growing all the time)

PS: You need a lot of motivation and zero distractions. It's not a coding school, it's a BOOTCAMP, you get there and you run till you fall, then you get up and run again. You get to rest only at night, but even in sleep you are resolving your coding challenges.

La xarxa de suport tècnic durant tot el curs és espectacular, en tot moment et pots posar en contacte amb companyes i professors/es per tal de resoldre dubtes.

I attended the 6 months part-time version of Codeop's Full Stack Development Bootcamp and loved the experience. Working full-time plus attending class and completing the coursework was challenging at times, but the wonderful team at Codeop made me feel... Read More supported every step of the way.
These are some of my personal highlights of the program:
- small class size: I got to ask all of the many questions I had
- continued support from instructors, classmates and the amazing Codeop alumni community when I got stuck solving a problem
- AMAZING staff and instructors who care deeply about the learning journey and career path of each student
- really relevant preparation for getting started in the tech industry (career talks, mock interviews etc.)
- focus on problem solving and thinking like a developer
When the course finished, I was extremely proud of what I had accomplished, but also sad to not come back to class to learn even more the next week.

I would wholeheartedly recommend Codeop to anyone interested in a career change towards tech!
